There are Two Purchase Options Available:
Samra Bay has two phases; Abrim Residence for lifestyle and holiday home purchasers and Malaki Club for investment purchasers.
Abrim Residences are located centrally within the Samra Bay Resort. They are designed for clients to use as lifestyle residences, second properties or holiday homes. Here owners can benefit from living and holidaying on a beachfront development that gives its residents all the facilities of a luxury hotel and their own private beach, amenities not normally found within a residential development.
Malaki Club is within the second phase of Samra Bay and works around two rental income options; a Guaranteed Rental Income Option 1 and a Shared Profit Arrangement Option 2. These two options are further detailed in the Malaki Club section below.

The Difference between Abrim and Malaki
Abrim are residence units, so lifestyle apartments for people who wish to live there or who wish to purchase as a holiday home.
Malaki are investment units, for clients to purchase and receive monthly returns.
Abrim will not be under the hotel key card entry system and is not supplied with furniture (hence the price difference). Abrim will also have Kitchens.
Malaki on the other hand will have electronic key card entry, and the price includes furniture. This will have a small kitchenette area with a mini fridge and coffee and tea making facilities only.
