We are happy to receive enquiries from you by telephone, email or fax, whichever suits your needs. Our office is open between 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays). Our staff members generally have first hand experience of the resorts and take pride in assisting our clients with an honest and professional service. Thus, customers are able to discuss their holiday requirements with a trustworthy person who knows the properties and the area.
Select Resorts provides a number of services alongside the accommodation offered for rental. We can provide competitive car hire prices and we use car hire companies with a good reputation, with whom we have a good relationship. Please check prices on our website or with one of our booking agents who will be happy to assist.
In addition, we can provide welcome food packs, cots, high chairs, stair gates, extra beds (where possible), extra maid service/cleaning and other services at additional charges in most of the locations we offer accommodation. If you have booked these services with us for an existing booking, please check they are stated on your booking form. Please check on maid service and linen/towel changes at the time of booking as these services do differ between accommodations. Please also note that beach towels are generally not included in privately owned accommodation.
If you have a special requests please let us know. We will note this on your booking form. However, whilst we regret we cannot guarantee we will always be able to meet these requests, be assured that we will do our very best.
Select Resorts is also delighted to be able to arrange flights on your behalf. When Select Resorts arranges accommodation with charter or bonded scheduled flights, these are ATOL protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organisers Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 6440. We also act as Retail Agents for ATOL Protected Tour Operator’s in which case the Operator’s ATOL number will be given if the booking is for flight only. Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom. Flights booked independently by you are not protected by our ATOL number. We are happy to book flights on your behalf with airlines online and charge a £10 per person administration fee to do this; these are generally not covered by ATOL. Flight prices change regularly so it is best to check your exact requirements with one of our booking agents for the most competitive rates.
