The St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment program offers excellent economic features for real estate development.

Visa Free Travel to 103 Countries

St. Kitts Citizenship allows visa-free travel to 103 countries, and visa on arrival at a further 21 countries. This includes Schengen Countries and most British Commonwealth member countries. Citizens of St. Kitts can apply for multiple visas to the United States (usually for 5 to 10 years).


St. Kitts Citizenship by Investment Fees

Purchasers investing a minimum of USD$250,000.00 are eligible to apply for economic citizenship. In the case of plot and property purchases, this can be applied for on the submission of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, together with the construction contract. After the approval of the citizenship is obtained in principle, the sale must be completed and the Memorandum of Transfer must be submitted to the Citizenship Unit.


St. Kitts Citizenship by Investment Pre-Screening Questions and Requirements

The St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Unit vet all applications very carefully. In advance of any application being submitted and in order to pre-assess if citizenship approval is likely, we will be required to ask the following questions. It is imperative you are open and honest with all your answers.

  • Have you ever been arrested, or convicted of any offence?
  • Have you been the subject of any criminal investigation or any investigation by a governmental or regulatory body/agency?
  • Have you ever served a period of time in detention?
  • Are there any civil actions pending against you or are you likely to be threatened by creditors?
  • Have you ever been involved in any personal or corporate bankruptcy?
  • Have you ever been denied an entry visa, been unlawfully present in, or been deported from any country?
  • Have you ever applied for citizenship of any country and been denied?
  • What country or countries do you hold or have ever held citizenship?
  • Have you ever been denied a work permit or residency permit in any country?
  • Can you confirm that the source of funds for this investment has been obtained from completely legitimate sources, and are not, whether directly or indirectly, the proceeds of criminal activities of any kind?
