Information We Collect
Web beacons: We use web beacons on our Websites and in our emails. When we send emails to our Subscribers, we may track behavior such as who opened the emails and who clicked the links. This allows us to measure the performance of our email campaigns and to improve our content. To do this, we include single pixel gifs, also called web beacons, in emails we send. Phone Recordings: All phone calls to our offices may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Recordings are deleted automatically after 80 days as per our Information Asset Register, which is available upon request.

We also maintain presences on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. We cannot control the actions of other users of these platforms or the actions of the platforms themselves. Accuracy and Retention of Data
We do our best to keep your data accurate and up-to-date to the extent that you provide us with the information we need to do so. If your data changes, then you are responsible for notifying us of those changes. We will retain your Personal Information as set out in the Information Asset Register. These periods reflect our data protection obligation not to keep Personal Information for longer than is necessary and also our statutory, regulatory and business needs to keep records.
Thereafter, information is disposed of securely, by shredding, electronic deletion or otherwise as appropriate.

Your Right to Privacy
You have a right of access under data protection law to the personal data we hold about you. We seek to keep that personal data correct and up to date. You should let us know if you believe the information we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated.
We will give an individual access to any Personal Information we hold about them within 30 days of any request for information. Individuals may request to access, correct, amend or delete any information we hold about them by emailing us at [email protected] Unless it is prohibited by law, we will remove any Personal Information we hold about an individual from our servers at their request. There is no charge for an individual to access or update their personal information.
