Purchasing Property at Panorama Mar

  1. For any given apartment a non-refundable €6,000 plus VAT (10%) reservation deposit is required
  2. 30% plus VAT on exchange of contracts after 1 month.
  3. 10% plus VAT 6 months after the signature of the private contract.
  4. Remaining 60% + VAT on legal completion.
  5. These payments will be secured with a bank guarantee.

Located near the beach, El Señorio de Punta Prima is one of the most exclusive urbanisations on the Costa Blanca some 5 kilometres to the southwest of Torrevieja.
